Cancellation Policy
[Attendance Policies] * If you/child is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, you are responsible to communicate this with us via text 0211792599 or via email (info@fuacreative.com) 1 hour prior to your scheduled time. * You/child will be required to be on time according to your booked time-slot in consideration of others who is scheduled after you. [Notification of Absence] * Repeated unexcused absences may lead to suspension of lessons. * Repeated excused absences may lead to a review of lessons to see how we can adjust or support you with the excused absences as this will affect your growth and payment for lessons. [Impact of Absences] Regularly attending lessons ensures steady improvement. Your commitment would be much appreciate to ensure you gain all the benefits of what you are paying for. [Payment Details] * It is required that payment is made before you/student's second lesson (excluding any first FREE consultation). However, there is a payment plan available for you if you prefer. * Total Payment is GST inclusive and by enrolling into this Vocal Service, you are held responsible to process payments in a timely manner and to arrange suitable payment plan prior to submitting your/child's registration form. * When you miss a lesson and do not inform us 1 Hour prior to that lesson, this will be included as a paid session due to the preparation and time Vita has put aside for you/students session and vocal development. * When you miss a lesson and have informed us 1 hour prior to the scheduled lesson time, your missed session will be added to week 10. * Missed lessons over the term (that was in informed 1 hour prior to the scheduled time) will be added to week 10. Any missed lesson more than 3 is included as a paid lesson. There is a period and requirement of 3 attended classes/lesson to be eligible for a refund of payment for the remaining seven classes. This applies ONLY to students who have made full termly payment before first lesson. If you/your child chooses to opt-out of their lesson AFTER their third week/lesson, and have made full payment for ahead of the first lesson, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE of refund for the remaining seven paid lessons. We therefore encourage you to check in with your child to ensure they opt-out within first 3 weeks if you/they do not wish to continue. You are held liable to complete payment for the remaining 7 classes. 10% off discount applies when you have 2 or more children UNDER SAME HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS
