Just upload a singing reel or a 1-minute video showcasing your vocal ability. Our personalised approach ensures you receive the guidance you need to shine. Join our community of recurring students to refine your talent and reach new heights in your performance journey. One-off Vocal Service will definitely welcome you into a safe creative environment while cultivating your passion for singing/music. All recurring vocal clients for this service, do not need to upload anything, you may continue to the booking system for your next lesson.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION * If you are unable to attend your booking you are responsible to cancel your appointment 1 hour before your appointed time through our booking system. * Any cancellation 1 hour before your appointed time will have to be communicated to us via text 0211792599 or via email (info@fuacreative.com) as soon as possible so that your booked slot is available for other clients. * You will be required to be on time according to your booked time-slot in consideration of others who have their session after yours. RESCHEDULE * To reschedule, for a suitable time after cancellation, you will be able to do this by following the same booking process you took to book your previous slot. * Any missed and excused lesson in most instances it will be your responsibility to catch up on what has been taught. PAYMENT * It is required that payment is made before your first lesson (excluding any first FREE consultation). However, there is a payment plan available for you if you prefer. Contact us before booking if you require payment plan and we will support you with that process. * If you choose to opt-out of your lesson for whatever reason before your booked appointment, your paid lesson will be refunded. * When you miss a lesson and do not inform us, that lesson will be included as a paid session due to the preparation and time Vita has put aside for your session and vocal development. You are welcome to record your lesson so you can refer back to.
