Cancellation Policy
LESSON * You/students are to bring: - water (room temperature). - notebook or device to take notes. CANCELLATION * If you/child is unable to attend a booked lesson, you are responsible to communicate this with us via text 0211792599 or via email (info@fuacreative.com) an hour prior to your/their scheduled time. * You/your child will be required to be on time according to your booked time-slot in consideration of others who is scheduled after you. PAYMENT * It is required that payment is made before your/student's booked lesson (excluding any first FREE consultation). However, there is a payment plan available for you if you prefer. * Total Payment is GST inclusive and by enrolling into this Vocal Service, you are held responsible to process payments in a timely manner and to arrange suitable payment plan prior to submitting your booked lesson. * This service is pay per booking and you are responsible to process payment before your lesson and there are no refunds after payment is made so please think carefully before making booking. There is a FREE consultation available if you are unsure if this is for you. * You/children who are on a payment plan and choose to opt-out of their class/lesson AFTER your attended lesson will not be eligible for refund. * When you miss a lesson and do not inform us, that lesson will be included as a paid session due to the preparation and time Vita has put aside for you/students session and vocal development. Please ensure that you communicate within 1 hr before their class if you/they are unable to attend. * Follow the same booking process online if you need to reschedule your lesson. FAMILY DISCOUNT * Your child/student 10% off is only eligible if the you or another under same household is currently/already enrolled the normal price. * Your child/student 10% off applies if you all are registered UNDER THE SAME ADDRESS/HOUSEHOLD. This is 10% off PER CHILD/PERSON.
