Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your free consultation you are responsible to cancel your appointment 3 hour before your appointed time through our booking system. Any cancellation 3 hour before your appointed time will have to be communicated to us via text 02102274115 or via email (info@fuacreative.com) as soon as possible so that your booked slot is available for other clients. You will also have the option to reschedule for a suitable time after cancellation.
